At Mēre & Ora, we create objects that hold light and accompany your presence over time. Each piece is crafted to be balanced and enduring. To ensure your jewelry remains a source of clarity and calm, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship with a dedicated promise.
1. Our One-Year Commitment
From the moment your Mēre & Ora piece reaches your hands, it is protected by a one-year warranty. This covers any latent defects in materials or the integrity of our workmanship under normal, mindful use.
2. Understanding Your Piece
As our designs celebrate the essential form of nature, please note that the warrantyis designed to protect against craftsmanship errors, rather than the natural evolution of the materials. It does not cover:
- The Mark of Time: Ordinary wear and tear, such as surface scratches on 925 sterling silver, natural tarnishing (oxidation), or the subtle fading of metal over years of companionship.
- Natural Essence: As we use natural stones, unique internal inclusions (such as 'ice cracks' or 'veils') are the fingerprints of nature and arecherished as identifiers of authenticity, not defects.
- Accidental Shadows: Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper storage, or exposure to harsh chemicals, water, and excessive force.
- External Touch: Loss, theft, or any alterations and repairs performed by third parties outside of our studio.
3. Tending to Your Claim
We have two distinct service paths depending on when an issue arises:

For Items Defective upon Arrival (14-Day Return/Exchange Policy):
If your piece arrives with its harmony disrupted (defective or damaged), please notify us within 14 days of delivery. Once verified, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement or a full refund. -
For Craftsmanship Issues (One-Year Warranty):
Should you encounter a manufacturing defect under normal use after the initial 14-day window, you remain protected by our one-year warranty.
4. How to proceed:
- Reach Out: Email our team at admin@mereora.com with your order number and a brief reflection on the issue, accompanied by a photo or video.
- Inspection: Upon approval, we will guide you through the return process for a thorough quality inspection.

Restoration of Balance:
- Replacement: We will repair or replace your piece with an identical one at no charge, if available.
- Store Credit: Should the design be retired or out of stock, we will provide a store credit of equal value, allowing you to find a new equilibrium.
