For change-of-mind returns, the direct return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless we tell you otherwise. Please return each piece unworn, unused and with its original packaging. You may inspect an item as you would in a shop; you may be responsible for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Defective or damaged items are handled separately under our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
